Privacy Policy

We recognize the importance of protecting the personal information of our customers and comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and will also adhere to the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”).

5. Proper Acquisition of Personal Information

The Shop will acquire personal information in an appropriate manner and will not acquire personal information through deception or other wrongful means.

The Shop shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over its employees to ensure the safe management of personal information against risks such as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

However, the following cases do not fall under the provision of personal information to third parties as stipulated above.

(2) When personal information is provided in connection with the succession of business due to merger or other reasons

(3) When personal information is jointly used in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law.



8. Disclosure of Personal Information

When a customer requests disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the Shop will disclose the information to the customer without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself.

(If the personal information does not exist, we will notify the customer to that effect.) However, the Shop is not obligated to disclose personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and ordinances.



9. Correction of Personal Information

If the Shop is requested by a customer to correct, add, or delete personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because the personal information is not true, the Shop will correct, add, or delete the content of the information.

Based on the results, we will correct the content of the Personal Information and notify the Customer to that effect (if we decide not to make such correction, we will notify the Customer to that effect). However, this does not apply to cases in which the Shop is not obligated to make such corrections, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.



10. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

If the Shop receives a complaint from a customer that his/her personal information has been used for purposes other than those disclosed in advance, or that the information has been obtained through deception or other wrongful means, the Shop will cease to use the personal information.

If it is found that there is a reason for such a request, we will suspend the use of the personal information without delay after confirming that the request is made by the customer himself/herself, and will notify the customer to that effect. However, this does not apply to cases in which the Shop is not obligated to suspend the use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and ordinances.



11. Use of Cookies and Other Technologies

(1) The Shop’s services may use cookies and similar technologies. Users who wish to disable cookies may do so by changing the settings on their web browsers. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to use certain functions of the Shop’s services.


(2) The Shop uses Google Analytics provided by Google LCC on this service for the purpose of researching and analyzing the usage of the services provided by the Shop.
